The Formidable Secure Cloud (The FSC) enables you to store your files in a secure cloud-based environment. It’s a single, state of the art solution to the very real need to protect data from loss, corruption or theft while it’s “on the move”. A web-based digital storage facility, it enables you to:

• securely store and manage your media, folders and documents online so that you (and only you) can access them wherever you are. ie: no more carrying sensitive materials around on laptops, discs or drives!

• transfer files to selected individuals or groups by granting them limited access to the relevant part of the FSC while defining the terms of that access. Why send an important document to key people as an attachment on an email that can be misdirected or intercepted by any moderately skilled hacker? You have an admin panel that allows you to say who has access to what and they are sent an email that a document is waiting for them. Only they can access it. It’s simple, safe and secure! If you subsequently alter a document and you want them to know about it the system will do that too.

The Formidable Synchroniser is a local desktop tool which allows you to synchronise changes to your files effortlessly and securely in both the local and remote locations as and when you make them. This happens regardless of the files being stored in a secure (Formidable Vault or FSC) or non-secure environment. You simply upload and download your files and folders between your desktop computer and your secure online repository. You can share and manage your users and groups, keeping them informed automatically of any changes to the files as and when they’ve been made.
